TYVY was founded by Tina Yau, a longtime retail and eCommerce executive with leadership experience at global brands including UNIQLO, Estée Lauder, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Armani Exchange. After years of traveling for work and balancing career, family, and everyday life, she saw a gap in the market for a tote bag for work and travel that combined elevated style with real functionality.

Yes. The tote includes a padded laptop compartment designed to help protect your device while commuting or traveling.

The medium size tote fits up to a 15" laptop while the large size tote fits up to a 16" laptop securely.

Yes. Organization is one of the signature features of the TYVY Aviator Tote. Interior features include mesh visibility pockets for chargers and accessories, easy-access pockets, a key leash, padded laptop compartment, luggage sleeve and thoughtfully designed sections to help keep essentials easy to find. It also comes with a complimentary cross body strap and bonus insert bag. The cross body strap can be used for both the tote and insert bag for those travel days. Yes, we can ship to PO Box addresses as well as APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes! Please email hello@tyvynyc.com as soon as possible. However, once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

• Ground Shipping: $15 (5-10 business days)
• Express Shipping: $35 (3-4 business days)

Shipping times are estimated from the date the order is processed and shipped.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is complete. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details. If you have an account, you can also check the status of your recent orders by logging in.

We will ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for lost or missing shipments once they are with the carrier. If you’re unable to locate your package, please contact hello@tyvynyc.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We want you to be happy with your TYVY purchase! We accept returns and exchanges on new and unused items within 21 days of the shipment date.

• Items must be returned in original condition, including all components such as straps, dust bags, and pouches. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not returned as received.
• Items purchased as part of a bundle set must be returned in as a full set with all of the components such as straps, dust bags and pouches. 

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@tyvynyc.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, name and photo and brief description of defects.

If you use our online return system, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use your own shipping label, please contact us at hello@tyvynyc.com for instructions.

Once your return is received and processed, refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days depending on your credit card or bank policy.

Please contact TYVY via email at hello@tyvynyc.com as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

TYVY bags come with a one-year warranty against defects. If a defect arises within one year of purchase, we will repair or exchange the item free of charge.

Please note, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including:

• Scuffs, chips, or peels in materials
• Stains or discoloration
• Changes in appearance that do not affect functionality

To keep your TYVY bag in the best condition:

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.

We recommend spot cleaning the tote using a soft cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the bag.

The tote is designed for everyday durability and while the fabric is water resistant, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain or excess moisture.

Storing the tote upright and avoiding overstuffing when not in use can help maintain its structure and appearance over time.
