Order
We currently offer:
- Ground Shipping: $15 (5-10 business days)
- Express Shipping: $35 (3-4 business days)
Shipping times are estimated from the date the order is processed and shipped.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Yes, we can ship to PO Box addresses as well as APO/FPO addresses.
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes! Please email hello@tyvynyc.com as soon as possible. However, once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is complete. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details. If you have an account, you can also check the status of your recent orders by logging in.
We will ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for lost or missing shipments once they are with the carrier. If you’re unable to locate your package, please contact hello@tyvynyc.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Return & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your TYVY purchase! We accept returns and exchanges on new and unused items within 21 days of the shipment date.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit www.tyvynyc.com and log into your account or email us at hello@tyvynyc.com.
- Items must be returned in original condition, including all components such as straps, dust bags, and pouches. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not returned as received.
- Items purchased as part of a bundle set must be returned in as a full set with all of the components such as straps, dust bags and pouches.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@tyvynyc.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, name and photo and brief description of defects.
If you use our online return system, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use your own shipping label, please contact us at hello@tyvynyc.com for instructions.
Product Care & Warranty
TYVY bags come with a one-year warranty against defects. If a defect arises within one year of purchase, we will repair or exchange the item free of charge.
Please note, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including:
- Scuffs, chips, or peels in materials
- Stains or discoloration
- Changes in appearance that do not affect functionality
For warranty claims, contact hello@tyvynyc.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
To keep your TYVY bag in the best condition:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt.
