Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your TYVY purchase! We accept returns and exchanges on new and unused items within 21 days of the shipment date.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit www.tyvynyc.com and log into your account or email us at hello@tyvynyc.com.

• Items must be returned in original condition, including all components such as straps, dust bags, and pouches. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not returned as received.
• Items purchased as part of a bundle set must be returned in as a full set with all of the components such as straps, dust bags and pouches. 

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at hello@tyvynyc.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, name and photo and brief description of defects.
